Francia (Estuvo en Nueva Acrópolis 5 años)  Throughout a number of years (somewhere between 2010 and 2020) I’ve been sharing what many of the NA members sincerely thought (some still believe) being a beautiful “Ideal”, for which any sacrifice is worth. I’ve been a Live Force, part of the Woman’s Brigade in one of French NA centers.  This testimony is not against NA members but for them, as well as for all public interested in learning more about this organization. I could write a full book (one day I will) but here I’ll summarize briefly few significants points only.  Like many other persons, I’ve known NA via their cultural public activities (for the 3rd cercle, as I’ve learned later on) and right after I’ve agreed to follow their philosophy course. Maria. Poland I left New Acropolis one year ago. I was a member for five years, and during my last year I was in training for « Live forces » (the inner group of New Acropolis ). I never finished it.  Although I was a part of some Live Forces meetings, where we always saluted each other with an outstretched right hand raised high . I went there because I was looking for a place where I could learn more about philosophers and philosophy in general. First of all, I want to start with something significant in my opinion: the director of New Acropolis in Poland is a very sensitive and good man. However, as he steps in the role of the 'instructor' he changes beyond recognition. I didn't know him very well but I saw the transformation he underwent. During 'live forces' meetings he becomes a different person , he resembles a strict father raising his children. I wanted to begin with that because I noticed what big influence NA has on people. Testimonio de Pedro. Ecuador (Estuvo en Nueva Acrópolis 5 años. Entró a los 16 años y perteneció al Cuerpo de Seguridad.) Conocí a NA en octubre o noviembre del año 1996 por sugerencia de un profesor de la secundaria que nos recomendó las conferencias que se realizaban en la sede de la localidad donde vivo. Me parecieron interesantes y decidí ingresar al curso que llaman probacionismo. En esa época el probacionismo duraba 3 meses aproximadamente, aunque por varios motivos que no vienen al caso ese tiempo se alargó hasta mayo de 1997. Al ser todavía un adolescente me colocaron en un curso que tenía más chicos de mi edad.
